missingWrote a review on 25 Deccomfortable bedfriendly personnelpoor cleanlinesslimited dining
The location is quite accessible, surrounded by public transport and close to the city. The staff was generally friendly, but cleaning standards fell short, with dust and unkempt common areas. The dining options were limited, particularly for lunch, which led to disappointment. Room amenities had some inconsistency, but a comfortable bed made my stay bearable.

I had a comfortable stay with clean rooms and scrumptious breakfast options. However, I faced issues with slow service during dinner and cleanliness, as the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned during my stay. Great for short visits but could improve on dining efficiency.

The breakfast selection was impressively diverse and kept fresh throughout my stay.
The gym was limited, with just a treadmill, bike, and rowing machine available.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay, which I still remember. I highly recommend staying here.

Great for events, but a few quirks
Perfect spot for my 3-day event. Super close to the tram stop which takes you right to the venue in minutes. My room was clean, nice bed, and the AC was a lifesaver with the crazily hot weather. Only downside was the gym. it felt cramped with only a few machines. Breakfast was tasty too!

great central access to parks and museums nearby
I loved my stay here, especially since it was just a short walk to both Plas Laagraven park and the Railway Museum, two spots that truly enriched my city strolls. it was delightful to explore Utrecht’s charm without needing complicated transport plans or long walks to get started on my adventures. All in all, the hotel is suitable for single travelers looking for comfortable accommodations that won't break the bank, but the breakfast could be much better as it was quite basic and disorganized during my visit.

Family with children would be satisfied
The hotel staff were really helpful, super accommodating when we checked in late. Also, the room was spacious enough for the little ones to move around, which made our stay more pleasant.
It wasn’t affordable by any means, but still acceptable.

The hotel had a clean room with a comfortable bed, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location helped me access public transport without hassle. Breakfast offered good options, but it could use a bit more variety and fresh ingredients. On the downside, the bathroom was small, making it difficult to wash my face in the sink properly. The check-in process took longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem to prioritize it. Also, the TV didn’t work, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I would still recommend it for a short stay if you manage expectations regarding the bathroom and service speed.

Had a great time staying with friends after catching a concert at AFAS Live Amsterdam. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and I loved the comfy beds and free parking. The hotel is in a good spot for exploring the area. I'd recommend checking it out for a group vacation.
We faced a slight issue with the cleanliness of the room. the cleaning staff only changed towels and took out the garbage without doing a thorough clean. It was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had welcoming staff and a decent room, but it felt a bit dated and lacked some basic comforts. There was an annoying shower curtain that caused leaks, and the food quality in the restaurant left much to be desired. Overall, it's okay for a short stay.

Breakfast was top-notch, with delicious options that hit the spot! The location is super convenient for public transport, making it a breeze to explore Utrecht's culinary scene. Plus, the staff was helpful and the room was clean and quiet.
The check-in process felt a bit snappy—don't let the reception's attitude dull your shine! Also, the TV didn't work during my stay, which was a bummer. A mini fridge's vigor would also be appreciated.
